Absolutely lovely place. Proprietors are the most friendly ever. Our room was immaculate, beautiful bedding, bright white sheets and cushions I wanted to take home. Communal areas were bright, cheerful and immaculate. Cleanliness matters and I wasn't disappointed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cereal & fruit options were also available. Just one row back from the sea, literally 2 minutes walk. Perfectly situated for tram access, also about 2 minutes.
Overall just an excellent place. Owners were great to talk to and very friendly, good knowledge of the area and ideas of activities. Lots of leaflets also to help you explore and see what is going on locally. Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Beds were amazing for a good night sleep, orthopaedic mattress in our room was so comfy and firm we slept great. Nice location off the busy section just how we wanted it Breakfast was amazing with alot of options and plenty served up so much so it saw me through lunch aswell. Would recommend to anyone if you appreciate the quieter side.
Good hotel, near beach,tower visible from outside hotel. Tram service nearby and The Gynn pub.Nice breakfast included, car park in front of hotel. Nice couple oweners. Lounge with fridge available for eating takeaways etc. No takeaways allowed in room.
Just arrived home today after a three night stay. Malcolm and Trudy were brilliant hosts and are extremely friendly nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the ground floor room we stayed in included a sitting room and was very clean. Can't fault this place, I would recommend it to friends and family and will return on my next visit to Blackpool. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was a great location, the hosts were amazing, pleasant, charismatic, and just a lovely vibe to be around. Even with a unique situation with the room, they sorted us out straight away! The breakfast was amazing! Credit to the chef (Malcom) with the full English! Also a proper brew to go with it! The room was clean and well looked after. The bed was comfy and slept well. Overall an amazing experience and be sure to book with them again! Trudy & Malcom are just world class! :)
AMAZING HOSTS My husband and I have just got married and Trudy decorated our room and made our stay so special. Her and her husband Malcolm go above and beyond , nothing is too much. What a truly lovely couple. The bed was so comfortable, I had trouble getting up in the mornings. Breakfast was really lovely and plentiful and there is also off street parking. Thank you Trudy and Malcolm for a lovely stay.x
Hotel in a quiet area. Short walk to the bus and tram stops. Family run hotel. Very nice genuine people. Very clean, comfy beds, breakfast very good. Cereal or juices, pastries. I had a perfect poached egg, thick bacon, sausage, mushrooms cooked like I would at home (not boiled or tinned) hash brown. Beans came separately, all excellent quality food. I cannot find any faults.
